How and when do I get paid?
We use a secure escrow system. When a company accepts your proposal, they deposit the agreed payment into escrow. After completing the job, the company confirms completion and the funds are released to your wallet. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime. A small platform fee of 5% applies.
What if there's a dispute with a client?
If there's a disagreement about work completion or quality, you can open a dispute through your dashboard. Our support team will review evidence from both parties (messages, photos, job description) and make a fair decision within 3-5 business days.
How can I improve my profile and get more jobs?
Complete your profile 100% with a professional photo, detailed skills, and work samples. Deliver quality work on time to earn 5-star ratings. Respond quickly to job opportunities. Complete skill assessments to earn badges. Active, highly-rated artisans appear higher in search results.
Can I take training courses on the platform?
Yes! We offer free and paid training courses to help you upgrade your skills. Complete courses to earn certificates that display on your profile. This increases your chances of being hired and can justify higher rates.
For Companies/Employers
How do I register my company?
Click "Register" and select "Company Registration". Provide your company details, CAC registration number, and authorized representative information. Upload your company documents. Verification takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, you can post jobs immediately.
How do I post a job?
From your dashboard, click "Post New Job". Describe the work needed, required skills, location, budget range, and timeline. Your job will be visible to qualified artisans immediately. You'll receive applications and can review profiles, ratings, and previous work.
How does payment work?
When you accept an artisan's proposal, you deposit the agreed amount into our secure escrow. The artisan completes the work, and once you confirm satisfactory completion, funds are released. This protects both parties. If unsatisfied, you can open a dispute before confirming.
What are the fees for companies?
Job posting is free. We charge a 2.5% service fee on each completed transaction. For companies hiring multiple workers regularly, we offer premium plans with reduced fees and additional features like priority support and advanced analytics.
How do I ensure I hire quality workers?
Review artisan profiles carefully - check ratings, reviews from previous jobs, completed work samples, and skill badges. All artisans are ID-verified. You can also message candidates before hiring to discuss the project. Start with smaller jobs to test quality before larger contracts.
For Graduates/Job Seekers
How do I register as a graduate?
Click "Register" and select "Graduate Registration". Fill in your educational background, skills, and career interests. Upload your CV and certificates. You'll get access to entry-level and internship opportunities from verified companies.
What types of jobs are available for graduates?
You'll find entry-level positions, internships, NYSC placements, remote jobs, and skill-based gigs. Companies post opportunities across various sectors including tech, admin, sales, customer service, and more. Filter by your field of study and location.
Do I need to take assessments?
Some companies require pre-employment assessments. We offer skill tests in various areas (basic computer skills, communication, numerical reasoning, etc.). Good scores increase your visibility to employers. Assessments are free and can be retaken after 30 days.
Is the platform free for graduates?
Yes! Registration, job search, applications, and assessments are completely free for graduates. We also offer free career resources, CV templates, and interview tips. Our goal is to help you launch your career.
Can I access training programs?
Absolutely! We partner with training providers to offer courses in digital skills, soft skills, and technical areas. Some courses are free, others are subsidized. Completing courses earns you certificates that strengthen your profile and applications.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit cards, USSD payments, and mobile money. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Paystack/Flutterwave). We never store your card details.
How does the escrow system work?
Escrow protects both parties. Companies deposit funds before work starts - this assures workers they'll be paid. Workers complete the job knowing payment is secured. Funds are only released after work confirmation. If there's a dispute, funds remain in escrow until resolution.
How long does withdrawal take?
Withdrawals to Nigerian bank accounts typically process within 24 hours on business days. Ensure your bank details are correct to avoid delays. There's a minimum withdrawal amount of ₦1,000.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Don't confirm job completion if you're unsatisfied. Request revisions through the platform messaging. If the issue can't be resolved, open a dispute with evidence. Our team will mediate and may authorize a refund if the work doesn't meet the agreed terms.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your personal information is never shared without consent. ID documents are only used for verification. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued if work is not delivered as agreed, or if a dispute is ruled in favor of the client. Platform fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.
Account & General
How do I verify my account?
After registration, verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. Then upload a valid government-issued ID (National ID, Driver's License, or International Passport). Verification usually completes within 24-48 hours. Verified accounts have higher trust and visibility.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link. Click it and create a new strong password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do ratings and reviews work?
After job completion, both parties can rate each other (1-5 stars) and leave reviews. Ratings appear on profiles and influence visibility in search. Be honest but professional in reviews. False or abusive reviews can be reported and may result in account penalties.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You must complete all active jobs and withdraw all funds first. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your ratings and reviews will remain visible but anonymized.
How do I report inappropriate behavior or scams?
Click the "Report" button on any profile, job posting, or message. Describe the issue with evidence. We take all reports seriously and investigate within 24 hours. Users violating our Terms of Service face warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet, but it's coming soon! Currently, our website is fully mobile-responsive and works great on all devices. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. Download links will be announced when the apps launch.
