User Accounts & Responsibilities

Artisans

  • Provide accurate information

  • Complete verification process
  • Honor job commitments

Graduates

  • Submit authentic credentials
  • Update profile regularly
  • Respond to opportunities promptly
  • Maintain professional profile

Companies

  • Post legitimate job opportunities
  • Honor payment agreements
  • Provide accurate job details
  • Treat workers fairly

Platform Rules

Prohibited Activities

Fraud, harassment, spam, fake profiles, unauthorized access, or any illegal activity.

Acceptable Use

Professional communication, honest representation, respect for others, and compliance with laws.

Content Ownership

You retain rights to your content but grant us license to use it on the platform.

Payment Terms

Service Fees

NaijaWorkmen charges a service fee on transactions. Current rates are available in your account dashboard.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Minimum withdrawal amount applies.

Payment Receipts

Manual payments require receipt upload for verification by admin.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case according to our refund policy.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform community.

You may close your account at any time. However, completed transactions and obligations remain enforceable.

Limitation of Liability

NaijaWorkmen acts as a platform connecting workers and employers. We are not responsible for:

  • Quality of work performed by artisans or graduates
  • Disputes between users
  • Losses resulting from user interactions
  • Accuracy of information provided by users
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.
